To make an application go to the Apply Button for either an individual or agency as appropriate on our home page and fill out an application and email it to nickvuonocharity@gmail.com or download, print, fill out an application, and mail it 3 days before the deadline on the application (the deadlines are on the bottom of the applications) to Nick Vuono Charity Fund, PO Box 1004, Westerly RI 02891.
